01Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation at Shri Balaji Dham Hotel — whether through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or in person — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.

These terms apply to all guests, including those booking on behalf of a group or family.

02Reservations & Booking

• All reservations are subject to room availability at the time of booking.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment or written confirmation from the hotel.
• Booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email as provided at the time of reservation.
• Room rates are quoted per night per room and are inclusive of complimentary breakfast unless stated otherwise.
• Rates may vary during festival seasons (Holi, Janmashtami, Diwali) and peak travel periods. The rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.
• The hotel reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion.

03Check-In & Check-Out

• Early check-in (before 2:00 PM) is subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.
• Late check-out (after 12:00 PM) is subject to availability. Late check-out up to 3:00 PM may be charged at 50% of the daily room rate. Check-out after 3:00 PM will be charged at the full daily rate.
• Guests must present valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at check-in. This is mandatory under applicable laws.
• The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in if valid ID is not produced.
• Luggage storage is available on request for guests who arrive before check-in time or after check-out.

04Payment Terms

• We accept Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, and Debit Cards.
• Full payment is due at check-in unless advance payment has been made.
• For advance bookings, the hotel may request a partial or full advance payment to confirm the reservation.
• All displayed prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.
• Receipts will be provided for all payments upon request.

05Guest Conduct

Shri Balaji Dham Hotel is a family-friendly, spiritually-oriented property located in the holy city of Mathura. We expect all guests to conduct themselves with respect and decorum.

• Guests are responsible for the behaviour of all members of their party, including children.
• Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged to the guest at replacement/repair cost.
• Disruptive, abusive, or threatening behaviour towards hotel staff or other guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• The hotel reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the premises for misconduct.

06Hotel Rules

• Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• All visitors to guest rooms must be registered at the front desk and vacate by 10:00 PM.
• The hotel is a pure vegetarian property. Outside food may be brought in only for the room and must be vegetarian.
• CCTV cameras are installed in all common areas for the safety of all guests.

07Tour Packages

• Tour packages are subject to availability of vehicles, guides, and temple timings.
• Temple timings and accessibility may change during festivals — the hotel will inform guests of any changes in advance.
• The hotel acts as a facilitator for tour packages. We are not liable for delays, closures, or changes beyond our control (traffic, weather, government restrictions).
• Package itineraries may be modified for safety or logistical reasons. Guests will be informed of any changes.
• Children below 5 years are generally complimentary on tours. Please confirm at the time of booking.

08Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. We recommend using the in-room safe or requesting secure storage for valuables.
• The hotel is not liable for any injury, illness, or death arising from activities conducted outside the hotel premises, including tours and temple visits.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, power outage, civil unrest), the hotel will do its best to assist guests but cannot be held liable for disruption of services.
• The hotel's total liability to any guest shall not exceed the total amount paid for the stay.

09ID Verification

As required by Indian law and the Uttar Pradesh police regulations for hotels and lodging houses:

• All guests (Indian and foreign nationals) must present valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
• Accepted IDs: Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, PAN Card (Indian nationals); Passport with valid visa (foreign nationals).
• Guest information is recorded in the hotel register and may be shared with local police/authorities as required by law.
• Unmarried couples must each carry valid ID. The hotel serves all guests with equal dignity and respect.

10Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the state of Uttar Pradesh. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay at Shri Balaji Dham Hotel shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
