01Room Cancellation
Our standard cancellation policy for room bookings is as follows:

Free Cancellation: Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before check-in receive a full refund — no questions asked.
02Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method — UPI, bank transfer, or card.
- Cash advance payments are refunded via bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT). Please provide your bank account details when requesting a cancellation.
- Transaction fees charged by payment gateways (if any) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not applicable for used services — if a guest checks in and checks out early, the unused nights are not refunded.
03No-Show Policy
A "no-show" occurs when a guest fails to arrive on the booked check-in date without prior notice.
- In case of a no-show, the full advance payment is forfeited.
- If no advance payment was made, the hotel reserves the right to charge one night's room rate.
- If you are delayed due to a train delay or unforeseen travel issue, please inform the hotel as early as possible — we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Rooms held for no-shows may be released after 8:00 PM on the check-in date if the hotel has not been informed.
04Booking Modifications
- Date changes are subject to room availability at the time of the modification request.
- Modifications requested more than 48 hours before check-in are accommodated free of charge (subject to availability).
- Modifications within 48 hours of check-in may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking at the current available rate.
- Room type upgrades are subject to availability and may require additional payment at the difference in rate.
- Room type downgrades within 24 hours of check-in will not result in a refund of the rate difference.
05Festival Season Cancellations
During peak festival periods — Holi, Janmashtami, Diwali, and Braj Parikrama season — a stricter cancellation policy applies due to high demand:

Festival bookings are in very high demand. We strongly recommend booking early and purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.
06Tour Package Cancellations
- Tour package cancellations follow the same timeline as room cancellations for standard bookings.
- For festival tour packages (Holi, Janmashtami), the festival season policy applies.
- If the hotel cancels or modifies a tour package due to operational reasons, a full refund of the tour component will be provided.
- No refund is applicable if a guest misses a tour departure due to late arrival or personal reasons.
- Tour packages cancelled mid-trip are not eligible for a refund on unused services.
07Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond the hotel's control — including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, government-imposed lockdowns, civil unrest, or pandemic-related restrictions — the following applies:
- The hotel will offer guests the option to reschedule their booking to a future date at no additional charge.
- If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund or credit note will be issued.
- Guests are encouraged to have travel insurance for protection against such events.

Please provide your booking name, check-in date, and booking reference when requesting a cancellation. Cancellation is confirmed only upon receiving a written acknowledgement from the hotel.
